Every class at our Peterborough venue covers Ballroom, Latin and the most popular sequence dances, so you are ready for whatever the evening brings, whether that is a cruise, a local dance club or a dancing break. Peterborough is our fullest programme, with Beginners, Improvers and Sequence classes at the Parkway Sports and Social Club on Maskew Avenue, so there is always somewhere to go next once you have the basics.
You won't choose a style when you book. You'll choose the evening that suits you, and pick up a little of each as the term goes on. If it was the cha cha that caught your eye, you'll still dance it. You'll just leave able to do a good deal more than the cha cha.
One thing to know before you book: these are all partner dances, so our Peterborough classes are for couples rather than individuals and you'll need to come along with someone. Beginners start at the very beginning. Once you're finding your feet, our Tuesday afternoon tea dance is an easy place to try everything out with nobody watching.

Join us at our welcoming Peterborough location, conveniently situated near the city centre at Parkway Sports and Social Club, PE1 2AS. Adults of all ages enjoy relaxed, friendly dancing lessons here every week. Our spacious, easy-to-access venue offers plenty of room to learn, practise and build confidence on the dance floor.
Many students spend valuable hours in our classes and practice sessions, helping them improve their skills while enjoying meaningful social engagement. Parkway Sports and Social Club is a well-known local venue for dance events and community gatherings, providing excellent facilities for our dancers.
We also host regular social dances and themed parties, giving everyone the chance to have fun, meet new people and experience the joy of dancing outside of class. We encourage you to join these events and become part of our vibrant, supportive community.

Our team of dedicated teachers at the school ensures every student receives high-quality instruction. Janina brings decades of teaching experience and is an IDTA Examiner in Ballroom, Latin and Classical Sequence. Her brilliant teaching style, deep knowledge of dance, and extensive training background set her apart as an outstanding instructor.
Her expert guidance, supportive teaching style and passion for dance help adults of all ages feel comfortable and confident from their very first lesson. Whether you’re starting out or refining your technique, you’ll be in excellent hands.
Chloe, another valued member of our teaching team, is known for her positive influence on students’ growth, confidence, and enjoyment, both in person and online.

Learn the basics of Ballroom and Latin over a relaxed 6-week Absolute Beginners course. This welcoming class is perfect for adults with no previous experience and provides a friendly, supportive environment to build confidence on the dance floor. The course is £20 per couple, paid weekly, and you will need to bring a dance partner.
